Meet the People Behind Let's Grow.
The heart of Let's Grow has always been relationships.
We believe children make the greatest progress when they feel known, families feel supported, and therapists genuinely love what they do.

We don't just celebrate milestones—we celebrate the children behind them.

Favorite Therapy Tool
Avant Red Light Laser
I love the Avant Red Light Laser because it helps prepare a child's brain and nervous system for learning before we even begin working on movement. One of my favorite parts is seeing children become more engaged, better regulated, and more successful during therapy after laser treatment.
When combined with purposeful, hands-on therapy, I've seen it help children make meaningful progress. I also love that it's gentle, non-invasive, and individualized for each child, making it a valuable complement to traditional therapy.
When I'm Not at Let's Grow…
I love spending time with my husband, Ben, and our three kids, Parker, Sawyer, and Millie. You'll usually find me cheering them on at their sporting events, spending time at church, enjoying a weekend at the lake with my family, or listening to a great audiobook.

Why I Love What I Do
I've lost count of how many times a parent has told me, “We were told our child would never…”—only to watch that child accomplish exactly what others thought wasn't possible.
Children with developmental diagnoses are often underestimated. My favorite part of what I do is helping them push past those limitations and celebrating milestones that once felt out of reach.
Some of my favorite moments happen outside of the milestones. Many children begin therapy feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. Through patience, consistency, and trust, those same children begin to light up when they see me. Earning their trust is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
I often catch myself referring to my patients as “my kids” because that's genuinely how I feel about them. I care deeply about every child and family who walks through our doors, and it's an honor to be part of their journey.

Why I Love What I Do
I love what I do because I get to be part of some of the most meaningful moments in a child's life. Watching a child accomplish something new, seeing their confidence grow with every success, and supporting their family every step of the way is incredibly rewarding.
Every milestone—big or small—is worth celebrating, and getting to share those moments with the children and families I work with is one of my favorite parts of being a pediatric physical therapist. Every family who walks through our doors holds a special place in my heart.

Favorite Therapy Tool
DMI Boxes
I love using DMI Boxes because they have completely transformed the way I approach therapy with my kiddos. One of my favorite parts is the creativity behind each exercise and how every activity can be tailored to a child's unique needs and goals.
Since implementing DMI into my therapy sessions, I've seen significant progress in my kiddos' motor skills and overall functional abilities. I love that it provides an individualized, hands-on approach that encourages children to discover new movement patterns and gain confidence as they work toward their goals. It has become one of my favorite therapy tools because it complements traditional therapy while helping children maximize their potential.
Always Learning
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2022. I have completed Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Levels A, B, and C, as well as Upper and Lower Extremity TASES training. I enjoy continuing to learn and grow so I can provide the highest level of care for the children and families I serve.
When I'm Not at Let's Grow…
Outside of the clinic, I love being a mom to my daughter, Elliot James, and spending time with my husband, Scott, and our dog, Emmie Lou. You'll usually find me trying new restaurants, spending time with family, traveling, binge-watching a good show, or curled up with a good book on my Kindle.

Squigz
I love using Squigz because they're colorful, fun, and incredibly versatile. Whether we're sticking them to a mirror, a wall, or a therapy ball, they make it easy to target fine motor skills, hand strength, bilateral coordination, visual-motor skills, and sensory processing — all while kids think they're just having fun. I love finding creative ways to make therapy engaging, and Squigz are one of those tools that can turn almost any activity into a motivating game while helping children build important everyday skills.

Why I Love What I Do
I love being a pediatric occupational therapist because my job is playing with a purpose! Every session is an opportunity to build skills, confidence, and meaningful connections through play. I love having a front-row seat to celebrate with families as their child masters a new skill or accomplishes a goal they once thought was out of reach.
Helping children become more independent in their everyday lives is incredibly rewarding. Whether we're working on feeding, sensory processing, emotional regulation, or fine motor skills, I enjoy finding creative ways to help each child succeed while making therapy fun along the way.
Always Learning
I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 and my Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2013. I am board certified through NBCOT and have completed additional training in pediatric feeding and sensory processing. I'm committed to continuing my education so I can provide the highest quality care to the children and families I have the privilege of serving.
When I'm Not at Let's Grow…
My husband, Ryan, and I love spending time with our two children, Wyatt and Sadie. You'll usually find us cheering them on at karate or softball, enjoying time outdoors together whenever Oklahoma weather cooperates, or relaxing at home with a cozy blanket, a good book, and Ted Lasso.

Always Learning
I received my Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a concentration in pre-occupational therapy from Louisiana State University–Shreveport in 2016. I then moved to Houston to attend Texas Woman's University, where I earned my Master of Occupational Therapy in 2019.

It can be used to create engaging activities that target a wide range of skills, including fine motor, visual motor, balance, coordination, and motor planning, making therapy both effective and fun for children.
When I'm Not at Let's Grow…
When I'm not at Let's Grow, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2-year-old daughter, Freddie.
