Katherine Smith, OTR-L
Katherine received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 and her Masters of Occupational Therapy from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2013.
She is registered with the National Board of Certification and has completed fieldwork in a variety of settings including the NICU, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation.
Katherine spent the initial part of her career at Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation before joining the Let’s Grow Pediatrics team in 2023. Katherine loves working with children because of the impact it has on two generations simultaneously. As a mom herself, Katherine understands how increasing a child’s level of independence and confidence can significantly improve quality of life for both child and caregiver.
Katherine and her husband, Ryan, enjoy spending time outdoors with their two kids, Wyatt and Sadie. Swimming, family walks, or playing pickleball on their homemade cul-de-sac court is where you’ll find them when the weather is good. If the weather isn’t good, on the couch with a good book or an episode of Ted Lasso is where she’ll be!
